SmallTrack provides a URL shortening service that converts long web addresses into short, trackable links. We also offer click analytics, fraud detection, and optional user accounts.

3. User Accounts

You may use the Service without an account for basic shortening. To access analytics and manage links, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Prohibited Content

You may NOT use SmallTrack to shorten URLs that lead to:

• Malware, viruses, phishing pages, or any harmful software
• Illegal activities, drugs, weapons, or regulated substances
• Adult content, pornography, or explicit material
• Hate speech, harassment, or violence incitement
• Copyright-infringing or pirated content
• Scams, fake giveaways, or deceptive practices
• Spam or bulk unsolicited messages

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts or bots to generate excessive short links
• Attempt to bypass our fraud detection systems
• Use the Service to distribute malware or phishing links
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

6. Fraud Detection and Data Collection

SmallTrack automatically collects click data including IP addresses, user agents, referrers, and geographic location to detect fraudulent traffic (VPNs, proxies, bots). This data helps protect your links and our Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the original URLs you submit. By using the Service, you grant SmallTrack a limited license to store, display, and redirect your shortened links. You are solely responsible for the content of your destination URLs.

8. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and delete your short links if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in permanent ban of your IP address and domain.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious attacks. We are not responsible for the content or availability of destination URLs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmallTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or AdSense account suspension due to third-party bot traffic.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SmallTrack harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or website notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
